TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

IMPORTANT: Care of donors
AnimalBloodRegister.com (with affiliated websites) is simply a matching service. The procedure of donor selection, donor care, typing and/or cross matching and blood collection is the responsibility of the veterinary surgeon. All donors should be examined and checked for suitability before a blood collection is performed.

Business (commercial) users other than veterinarians seeking blood donors for specific patients must obtain written consent from AnimalBloodRegister.com. before use.

Any user who breaks this agreement may have their use cancelled at any time, at AnimalBloodRegister.com sole discretion. The user may be permanently banned from using the AnimalBloodRegister.com website. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnimalBloodRegister.com for any loss, liability, and damage arising from or in connection with the contents or service of any AnimalBloodRegister.com web service.

The Animal Blood Register and affiliate websites, organisations and subsidiaries are not responsible for the quality of service or products of third parties. You are reminded, medical procedures and outcome thereof, medical equipment and paraphernalia, animal health and welfare, promises insurance and assurances remain the responsibility of the pet(s) owner(s) and/or veterinary practitioner(s) as applicable.

Right to refuse
A pet owner may deline a request for a donation at any time. Further, pet owners are not responsble for costs or expenses incured even if the cancelation is at their request.

Online Conduct
You are entirely responsible and liable for all of your activities, conduct etc. on and at AnimalBloodRegister.com. You will not post on, from or through the service, or transmit to other users of the service, any material that infringes or violates another party's intellectual property rights (including another party's copyrights, trademark rights or trade secret rights) or rights of privacy, publicity or personality.

Site Monitoring
AnimalBloodRegister.com reserves the right without obligation or responsibility, to monitor the materials posted on the AnimalBloodRegister.com web site and pages. AnimalBloodRegister.com reserves the right to remove or modify any such material that at, AnimalBloodRegister.com sole discretion, violates, or may violate, any third party right, applicable law or this agreement. You remain solely responsible for the content of the materials you post in any area of the service and your private eMail messages should such services be available to you. Users are responsible for all content submitted to AnimalBloodRegister.com and will be held legally accountable when necessary. Promotional Activities
Listings of registered practices are kept private although some information such as practice names and website address or links may be published within the content on public pages of our websites. In addition to this private site regions such as the member consol may provide access to practice contact information which forms part of the normal functionality of our service(s).

When registering you may be included in prize draw(s) or other promotional activity. If you prefer not to be included please contact our administrator before registering. If you win a prize but do not wish to accept simply contact our administrators for safe return of the prize item. No cash alternatives are offered.

Who Cares? I Care personal sponsorship offer
Each "Who cares? I Care!" personal sponsorship entry lasts twelve months from the publication date. Each entry is reviewed by an administrator before publication. We reserve the right to edit any entries at any time.
Sponsorship refunds are only possible before the thirty-first day of publication. Sponsorship is refunded in full minus prevailing transaction costs, see your PayPal account for more information.
You may request the sponsorship to be withdrawn at any time.
Changes to the sponsorship (e.g. edits to the text on eMail messages) may be charged as an additional service, please contact our administration for current rates.

Amendment
AnimalBloodRegister.com reserves the right to modify the terms of use at their sole discretion and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to keep current with changes in the agreement, since changes are effective for all users. Any modification is effective immediately and can be accessed at the terms of use page, currently located at: http://www.AnimalBloodRegister.com/01_Clerical/TNC.php. If any modification to this Agreement is unacceptable to you, you may immediately cancel your use of the web site. However, if you continue to use the service following any modification to this Agreement, your continued use will mean that you have accepted any modification.
