Lavender & Sage are offering one lucky addition to the veterinary
practises database the chance to win a superb gift just in time for
Christmas, so add your practice now to be included in this month's draw.

The 6pm Solution

The prize consists of six stylish port glasses and a 'Mirabelle' bottle
which can be used to hold your favourite wine or liqueur, teamed with
the ivory patina bowls in two sizes you have the perfect kit for a
evening of entertaining in the run up to Christmas.

The prize for October/November is this distinctive Mirabelle hand blown bottle, port glasses and rustic bowls.

The 'Mirabelle' bottle is hand-made and mouth-blown and carries a stamp
on the bottom by the master glassworker. Using recycled glass, the port
glasses are also hand-made and with a sturdy stem and rim they are built
to last. The ivory glossy glazed patina bowls carry a slightly distressed finish for an individual rustic look, with one large and one small they make for perfect serving dishes for nibbles or snacks.

The lucky winner of our prize draw will be chosen at random from the veterinary practices added in during this July, so add your practice now to be included in this month's draw!

The winner will be drawn from registered practices joining in July and contacted shortly after the draw.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This free prize draw is open to all qualified veterinary professionals
   registering at the Animal Blood Register during July 2008.
   Registration at www.animalbloodregister.com is free,
2. The registration must be complete and active, you should ensure this by logging in at least once before the end of July 2008.
3. Should the registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.
4. The draw will be made on the second Monday in August 2008.
5. There is one prize, as described above with no cash alternative.
6. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
7. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
8. For winner's details please contact The Animal Blood Register by eMail within 28 days of the draw date.
9. The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
10. By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
