practices database the chance to win a superb gift to help you to add a

Every bathroom deserves a little Lavender & Sage pampering and so we are
offering you a range of bathroom accessories to help to bring a little
glamour to yours.

The prize for April/May is a range
of Grand Hotel bathroom
accessories.

The prize consists of a range of Grand Hotel accessories (you can choose either blue or white versions) including:

• A Soap dish

The winner will be drawn from registered practices joining in February and contacted shortly after the draw.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This free prize draw is open to all qualified veterinary professionals
   registering at the Animal Blood Register during February 2012.
   Registration at www.animalbloodregister.com is free,
2. The registration must be complete and active, you should ensure this by logging in at least once before the end of February 2012.
3. Should the registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.
4. The draw will be made on the second Monday in March 2012.
5. There is one prize, as described above with no cash alternative.
6. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
7. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
8. For winner's details please contact The Animal Blood Register by eMail within 28 days of the draw date.
9. The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
